my rug came back with a bleached spot on it that wasn't there when he took it. It was a fadded out spot the size of toilet seat cover

The customer looked at the rug after we brought it back and didn't mention any problems. We do not use bleach I called the customer after seeing the review. If a spot was lighter than other areas it could have already been there and not noticeable prior to cleaning. The customer had us clean another rug for her a week later. We have been cleaning rugs for 25 years with no problems.

Did a great job with a large sofa, an oversized chair, a lazy-boy chair and a few accent pillows. Have called him for cleaning a loveseat in my kitchen. He said he’d call me for a date and time. Was very pleased with Mr Supernor.

I had them refinish a commercial Linoleum floor. These folks work so incredibly hard. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The Owner Steve is a super nice person easy to work with and should up EXACTLY on time. 5 Stars all the way around.

Steve & Brian cleaned some difficult location windows, that only accessed from the roof. Brian did an excellent job. Steve made sure I was satisfied with the job before they left. I will 100% use them again for my Spring cleaning for all of my windows inside & out.
