I received one large oriental rug back damaged and am throwing it away. I paid for it but was disappointed. I am not likely to use Home Advisor for some larger more expensive oriental rugs.

the rugs were rolled up prior to pick up. i normaley inspect for damage before leaving property. could not inspect. explained to custome of prior damage, customer stated he would have us clean additional rugs in the future. in fact he wanted a quote for a rug when brought other rugs back.

Steve was awesome -- I didn't measure my rugs and he called met o tell me they were smaller than what I thought and he adjusted his quoted price (down!). The rugs came out great and I would definitely use him again and recommend the company to anyone looking for rug cleaning.

I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone needing cleaning services. He and Phil arrived on time and worked very hard to clean my daughter's house and make it sparkle! They also washed the windows and did a great job. I really appreciated their flexibility to accommodate our date and the order of work due to unforeseen circumstances. Thanks Steve!

They worked together well, Also put everything back where it belongs. Window looked great and then of course they rain came but they still sparkle.

Steve is very kind and straight forward about his work. He takes great pride in the quality of his service. He called me right after I looked up rug cleaning on Home Advisor. He came within a few days to pick up the rugs and came back in a week. The rugs were badly urine-stained and reaked. I am very pleased.
