Steve was very personable within the short notice I had given him. His services exceeded expectations and he did what was asked to the point and even some things that weren't expected or quoted. This was my first carpet cleaning and I also purchased his cleaning/maid service for the same day job within a 2 day's notice and he was glad to find space in his busy schedule to comply to my needs. I took a handful of his cards and have been passing them out for a week. He is highly recommended and certified, I couldn't have asked for a better cleaner all-around!

They did the job overall on short notice. I wouldn't say the house was sparkling when they were done, and they certainly did not go the extra mile, but they did do exactly what we asked and nothing more. Pretty expensive given the quality, but they did complete the job on very short notice and came when they said they would.

Customer provided with written detailed proposal along with price quote.We provided the services per customer request.When a business is hired to perform a certain service are they expected to perform other services at no additional charge?We gave a follow up phone call asking the customer to get back to us if not satisfied. No call back from customer

Came, estimate given,followed up, appointment made. Due to 4 days of heavy rain, we changed the appointment date. They came on the new date, did a good job, and were very polite and professional.

Very professional and thorough. I am happy with the fact that liability insurance and background checks are done. Excellent communication. Doing windows was a definite plus. I've already booked a standing monthly return.
