This man did a terrible job. My rugs took about 24 hours to dry they were drenched. All the stains are still there and they don't smell any better than before! His equipment, black light and water equipment were broken they dripped solution all over the new kitchen floor. While him and his daughter were here I listened to him verbally abuse his daughter while she did most of the work. I would NOT recommend him. He was so bad I will stick to friend referral and never Home Advisor again.

Hired Steve to do carpet, hardwood floor and window cleaning. Steve did a great job plus some extras! Very professional, reliable, and punctual! Will be having Steve do more of his services in our home in the near future!
