Entire crew was friendly. There were no delays and I was using my patio in two days .they even worked in the rain and the mud. They reinforced everything with rebar and everything is draining great. Norman was professional, friendly and showed up exactly on time for both the initial meeting to discuss the project and on the day the work was done. He is organized and has the equipment needed to do high quality work. He and his crew approached got to work immediately and in no short order had moved a three ton boulder, cut our existing walkway, and removed the topsoil for forming our new driveway. He put the soil on tarps I provided so I could use it for landscaping our yard. Norman understands the meaning of "good customer service" and it's apparent he and his crew enjoy and are proud of their work. I was amazed at their diligence and attention to detail. When the truck arrived they placed the concrete neatly, and quickly in the forms, troweled and finished it without problems. It was a long hard day but their attitude was exceptional throughout, even up to the mailman leaving a footprint in their work near the mailbox, which they quickly and patiently removed immediately. He even came to saw-cut the slab on Easter Sunday morning, since he couldn't do it Saturday becasue he was sick in bed. This man has character and commitment. We highly recommend Elite Custom Concrete for any of your residential concrete needs, and are grateful to Norman and his crew for their expertise, hard work, and great looking driveway at our new home.
