They made work suggestions that made the work even better than I had hoped. They cleaned up and had all work completed in one day. I will use Elite again for future concrete work.

Norm and the guys did a great job. They work well together. They did a great job prepping and pouring the 3 shed, patio and generator pads at my house. They cleaned up and had all work completed in one day. Update currently found one pad is off level two inches. Contractor is notified and no response,

After vetting several contractors I hired Elite in early June 2020 to replace my patio, steps, and walkway with stamped concrete. Elite stated they would start the job in 2-3 weeks. After a couple of weeks, I called them again and they told me they would start the job in mid-July. After hearing nothing from them in mid-July I repeatedly called and texted them to determine whether I was on the schedule yet. I never received any calls or texts back from them. Apparently, they have decided not to do the job. Now I am back to square one of finding another contractor after 2 months of delay by Elite. I would not hire this contractor. They are unreliable and have very poor customer service.

The team was great! My neighbors were even impressed with the quality and efficiency of the team. We got a stamped patio that was just over 300 sq ft. Job was fully completed in 3 days to pour, stamp, cut and seal. Only delay was rain pushed back our install date a few weeks, but when they got there, they knocked it out right away. I would rehire them for my future concrete installations or repairs.

Guys were nice but work was just ok. My steps have defects owner said He could grind them but they may look worse. No pride in the work. The drive was sealed with dirt on it. They never tried to sweep or blow it off before sealing it. I asked to have my drive graded going to the street owner agreed but never followed through. The wire was not laid properly just lazily put down and some pieces are not put down properly. The patio has a high spot. I just feel like they were lacking in attention to detail. They were the highest bid but felt comfortable after talking to the owner we would get our moneys worth. Not so much.

Norm and his guys were great. They were in and out of our yard within 3 days and would ve been faster if the weather cooperated. They tore out our old patio and added a new one that is 4+ times the size. They added a swirl effect that gives it great character. And all a great price. Thanks, Norm! We look forward to working with you again in the future.
