He has refused to answer any of my MANY phone calls, texts or emails. He left two tiny pipe projects and said he would come back to finish them, so I paid him. It will seriously take him 10 minutes and $10 to finish with honor and integrity. DO NOT pay him until the job is 100% complete.

Norm was easy to work with and he was attentive to my needs. Any suggestions I made were considered. I was very satisfied with the end result of my patio extension. Most companies wonâ t do a small job like this but Elite did and was very reasonably priced. I recommended them to my neighbor for his project.

The owner Norm had very little direct contact with me. He did the estimate and asked for the payment and very little other communication. Unfortunately there are some small problems with the driveway and we have contacted him by text and calls, at least 7 times and he will not call us back to even discuss this. There is chipping where he cut the lines and we asked him to come back and look at it. We will never recommend him to anyone who ask because he does not back up his work with integrity. All he had to do is call us back to discuss the problem but he will not even respond back after multiple attempts.

Norm Maurer and his crew did a great job installing our concrete patio. 5 Star work at a fair price. My wife and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I would recommend Elite Custom Concrete to anyone looking to have concrete work done.

They came when they were supposed to come, they did a very fine job, they were very courteous, answer all of our questions. A real pleasure to work with. I will recommend them to anybody.

Norm and his crew were fast, efficient and produced a finished product that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

They have not sealed the concrete, as quoted, and are not responding to text messages. The yard was left a mess, and they got concrete spatter and footprints on my newly stained deck...even after asking them not to walk on the deck.

Elite is anything but, and Norm, the owner did a horrible job on my concrete. Lines are uneven, there are chips, there are gaps around the pool coping, and sloppy concrete on the pool coping. He attempted to patch big holes with a concrete resurfacer instead of properly patching them. He stopped responding to my messages, likely because he is not capable of properly fixing his mistakes. I now have to hire someone else to redo the work. I will post pictures of the work on other review sites.

Went above and beyond to protect my cable TV going into the house

I had several estimates for job, and they came in $2000 less. They did exactly what I asked -and it turned out great. They were prompt and courtesy. And cleaned up all the old concrete and bricks. Very happy with work and price.
