One of the strangest experiences ever for our family. Ricardo did two large remodeling projects for us, but he left the second one without finishing back deck (we put $3k down) and ignored 100% of our communications for nearly 1 month. We paid Ricardo over $40k between the two projects and it was his responsibility to finish the job and COMMUNICATE with the client if you have other plans. Watch out for this contractor!!! We knew Ricardo and his family (wife and kids) for nearly 4 years and had them over several times. He worked his way into our family, only to take advantage of us. We'll never know what we did for Ricardo to walk away from the project and our lives as he did, but I would never recommend him again and warn anyone of this type of contractor. His 1st two photos posted are the floors he laid in our master suite.

I recently hired Ricardo to clean our deck, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He did an outstanding job, leaving the deck looking brand new. Ricardo was incredibly fast, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. If you're looking for top-notch service for any of your project needs, I highly recommend Ricardo. When there was an issue with the plumbing which they did not put in place Ricardo came over on a Saturday within thirty minutes to help me figure out what the problem was. He goes above and beyond what any other worker has ever done. I will be using them again for projects on my rental house as soon as I can.

They did a fantastic job. I had them paint my 1961 manufactured home, which I purchased 2 years ago. It had been very neglected in many was. The outside had nothing done, including cleaning for over 15 years. They made it look brand new. AWSOME is a word I use to discribe their work and attitude. The suggested detail work that I never would have thought of and has added so very much to the over all project. I would highly recommend them! And the price was fair and just for the work needed and performed.
