My whole experience with EZ Flow Plumbing and Servicemagic was pretty amazing. I submitted a project for a solar water heater. 15 seconds after I submitted this project the phone started ringing. Several contractors were calling me at once. I received a phone call from Scott (EZ Flow Plumbing) first. Within 30 minutes he was at my house writing up a free estimate. I also talked to two other contractors regarding my project. Long story short, Scott was an expert in solar water heating. He installed my system shortly after providing his estimate. The workmanship was outstanding. He came in exactly what he quoted on price. Overall:Outstanding

They were ontime, very very nice and very informative. I love communicating with someone that knows what their job is and can explain it professionally. The only complaint that I have is that when I called to schedule the appointment, I was told I would not be charged for the visit to determine what was wrong with my water running on the outside (broken sprinkler head). However, I do know there is nothing for free in life, I just don't like to be told one thing and then get a surprised invoice from the service worker. Basically, I paid $39.95 for him to explain to me how to cut my water off. Less than a 15 minute visit.

Scott is a great professional!! He had appts before us but came out before them to repair our pipe that had burst. Most contractors don't even show up for the job but he came and finished within the hour! And it was reasonable!! I highly recommend Scott.

Scott installed a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal with all new lines and pipes. He also installed a new hot water heater. The sink and faucet look wonderful! And the hot water heater is great too. Scott took the old water heater away with him and cleaned everything up in both the garage and kitchen. He arrived on time and completed the job as we discussed. I will definitely call Scott with any future plumbing needs.

Scott Reisack was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We had him out to our home for a leaky toilet and he not only fixed the toilet but informed us of a serious problem that was occuring and told us that it was probably covered under our home warranty provided by the builder. He was right and saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs. Thanks Scott! We have already told our friends about you!
