Reviews
Write a ReviewI was glad they found out that my water heater was under warranty, however the workmanship was poor. My water heater sits on a box that had sheet. Well since my old water heater leak from the bottom, this created all the dry wall mud to become sludge. The service rep did not even try and clean some of it up, he just place the new water heater on top of it. Lucky, I was not home during the installation, I would have paid extra to have drip pan installed that you can pick up at Home Depot for $15. Also to charge me an extra $25 to add a coupler and a elbow on the drain line was a bit excessive. I am also missing the water drain valve handle.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We are not happy until our customer's are. If they were unhappy they never contacted us. Customer was not charged any extra for a coupling and elbow. price paid for was price quoted. As for the missing drain handle, new water heaters do not come with handles anymore. They are no longer used so that people or kids do not open them and scald themselves.
I called EZ Flow because our Reverse Osmosis system seemed to be leaking. When the plumber (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) came out to look at it, he recognized the problem right away. He was extremely professional, and he even showed me how to fix it myself, should the problem arise again. I would definitely call EZ Flow again if I have any future plumbing needs.
Scott called right away and set up an appointment.Gilbert arrived at the time set.He answered all my questions and gave us options to save money. We live in a manufactured home and replacement plumbing is nil.We do need to eventually redo both bathrooms, but Gilbert was able to repair the plumbing until we can remodel. He was polite, well informed. We will use EZ Flow Plumbing again.
Very professional
He was better than the best.
Everything was done as promised. Plumber waas efficient, polite and professional. I will keep his card in my file for future business. I am very satisfied. Great job well done.
They installed a new Delta faucet for me. They did need to return to add a washer and tighten it down, but it's been fine since then. No complaints.
Our service professional was very nice, efficient and was very willing to answer our questions. We feel he got us a great deal and he did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with their service and will use them again with our plumbing needs!
Had to reschedule visit but they arrived on time and pricing was reasonable.
My issue was a pilot light not staying lit on a water heater. Gilbert called to let me know that he would be 5 minutes late to an 11:30am call. (Note I was not given a 3hour window, but an exact time! Impressive) A minor adjustment was made for $39. Unfortunately the minor adjustment was not enough and I ended up buying a new water heater. However the price charged was half of what a major contractor wanted. They may a small shop, but small shops hustle more because they live on reputation, not volume. Definitely recommend!
