I worked with Ruben. He was very responsive. He assisted with a clear understanding of what he would do. The price was reasonable and the quality of the installation work was outstanding. He left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I will definitely use them for plumbing needs in the future.

Ruben is a well-trained professional. He arrived on time and replaced our kitchen faucet. He also was able to install a bidet that we had recently purchased. Both items required additional parts that he was able to find locally. We will not hesitate to hire Empire Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and neighbors.

Reuben, as young as he is, is what we need as plumbers. He wants to minimize my expense. He didn't take advantage like others would do! I find this rare among plumbers

Ruben checked the unit for a couple of minutes and informed me that the thermocouple was gone. He gave me my options and suggested a repair rather than a replacement of the unit, gave me the cost upfront and told me that if the repair did not work, he would apply the charge to the cost of a new unit. The water heater works perfectly now. The charge was fair and I am perfectly satisfied with the transaction. It seems that Ruben is one of the good guys.
