This was the first time that I hired Ruben for a plumbing job. He came out, reviewed the situation, and while he did a great job explaining the options to me, he actually recommended that he NOT do any work on the water heater. Reason being that the result of the work may not actually provide me with the desired result and there was still risk that the work would not actually fix the suspected issue. Because the water heater was still functioning (and is 18 years old), we talked it through and decided not do any work. He didn't even charge me for coming out. While he didn't do any work on the water heater it was his customer service and just general approach to the situation that I not only appreciated but find quite rare nowadays. I will definitely hire him again.

Ruben was awesome from helping me select and order the faucet to picking it up for me and doing an excellent job with the install. Additionally, he was on time and truly knows his industry and tips that other plummers don't know. What a find!

Ruben called backed promptly, listened to my potential leak and set up a appointment. Personal communication was great over the phone. My water meter usage and bill have been really high the last 2 months. He was here over 45 minutes and checked all toilets and assessed possible leaks. Found to be flush valve in upstairs toilet. Something I could fix myself. No charge for assessment and time. Will be next call if anything else comes up though.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with using a Home Advisor service provider. The plumber Ruben showed up hours later than scheduled, did not resolve my plumbing issue, refused to return to do the job right and over charged me for the work. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Rueben is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He knew exactly what to do and not only did an outstanding job installing a new disposer under the kitchen sink but also replaced a portion of the drain pipe that he knew needed replacing (I sure didn't) and included it in the price that was quoted for only the disposal installation! Reuben did a great job fixing my water heater. He explained the options in detail and was very professional. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

Ruben replaced our residential water heater because, after 20 years, the tank was leaking. I first called another plumber who charged $50 for a house call so he could tell me I needed a new WH. Then he quoted a replacement cost I couldn't swallow, so I started calling around. When I spoke to Ruben, he asked that I send a couple of pix of the WH and its location and quoted the job over the phone. He was on time, more affordable by almost 30% and he cleaned up afterwards . . . I couldn't have asked for anything more. Keep up the good work, Ruben.

I have a leak near my main line in. Ruben came , checked the line, discovered it wasn’t main but is a sprinkler line that is leaking. His response was I can fix it, but it can be done by someone for far less cost than a plumber. He made my day with his honesty and I will certainly call him when I have an issue the next tine!! Really nice young man who could have taken advantage and didn’t.
