Promptly contacted me, provided an accurate estimate over the phone, showed up promptly and performed the repairs. My father was a lifelong contractor and I can tell if someone's trying to take me. None of that with Empire, it was a pleasant experience and they were straight forward and honest. I'd use them again and would readily refer them to anyone.

They came to give me a quote for the install of a water heater. I liked the price so Rueben said he could do it that day, and he could finish in one hour. Done. Clean work site, clean job. I'm happy.

This morning we discovered that our water heater was leaking. We needed it fixed pronto. After requesting quotes from 2 places, Gabe from Empire phoned almost immediately. We were so grateful! Ruben, who came out to do the job, was friendly and efficient. Turned out the 15+ year old heater needed replacing. He went out to get his preferred brand, installed it and got everything done by 4:30pm. We are very satisfied with their work and will definitely call them if we need any plumbing problems fixed.
