Mike was very responsive and always available by text. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me some very good advice regarding a different pool issue. The technician, Neil, was fast, friendly and went above and beyond with cleanup afterwards. Great company.!

Our pool was damaged by flash flooding with the mud and debris left behind. It required that we replaster, and we decided to extend the cool deck at the same time. The project was great and completed very timely. Mike was good to communicate quickly and thoroughly when we had questions about the process. Fred has been pleasant and did great work each time he came by. We would definitely recommend this company for any remodel or upgrade you might have.

Fred was great to work with as he went above and beyond to research all the options for us for the right pool heater and make sure we were happy with it and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory after it was installed. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family as a top notch pool expert!

Precision Pool Techs installed our electric heat pump and did a great job. We had 5 companies quote the job, and they were one of the lower quotes we received at the same time as presenting themselves as experienced professionals who knew what they were doing. After the heat pump was installed, they spent time answering our questions and ensured that we understood how to operate it while minimizing our electric bill. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will use their services again in the future.

Mike was prompt with returning phone messages. I appreciated that. Job was done quickly without problems. Had one call-back item, but it was resolved immediately. I guess "good old fashion service" does still exist!
