At the end of September, I hired this company and requested a quote to sand, clean and stain my deck. I was told it did not need sanded even though I told them there were many layers of stain on the deck. They recommended power washing and a stain from Sherwin Williams. I asked if they were sure it did not need to be sanded. Again, I was told no. So, in between raindrops, they powerwashed my deck and stained it. After the snow melted in March it was peelling. I called and was basically told it was my fault. They were trying to do it as inexpensively as possible for me. I never mentioned anything about my budget in my conversation, I just wanted a quote. I had to go buy another gallon of stain today and attmpt to fix it myself. I would never recommend this company or Ron to anyone.

My husband and I have been hiring people for over 40 years, and this is definitely one of the top two companies we've ever hired (the other were painters.) Panza's is highly professional, friendly and easy to work with, and when you need other things done, they're extremely flexible and accommodating. They did a lovely job on our deck, as well as other work we asked them to do. We'd hire them again in a minute--in fact we have already contracted work for January!
