Ron at Panzas was simply the most knowledgeable about our composite wood deck/siding, the proper cleaning solution, correct cleaning techniques, etc. in selecting the right company. Ron is also responsive, prompt and real easy to work with. He showed up early today, and stopped us from moving all of our patio furniture, gas grill, refrigerator, etc. off the deck; and then sweeping the deck. Ron said that Panzas would "take care of everything", and he did...and then some! Ron did railings and areas that weren't included in the job quote, yet held firm on his quoted price. Ron also explained why our deck was getting dirty. It's not like me to take the time to write such a review, but Ron and Zack sure exceeded our highest expectations...and will be back next year for sure!

Ron was very professional, and responded quickly to our request for an estimate on cleaning our deck. His scheduling and pricing were excellent, and he arrived on time to do the work.
