"I am beyond happy we found Doug from Elegance in Surface Concepts when looking to install a farmhouse sink which required custom cutting of our existing granite countertop and modification to our cabinets. Doug is the exact expert we needed to complete this job given cutting existing granite countertops is no easy task and can be daunting to anyone not experienced with this type of work. From the first time we spoke, met to go over the project and to the actual custom work, we had the upmost confidence in Doug. He is hands down the most professional, detailed and talented person who has ever done work in our home. The finished project exceeded our expectations and we look forward to working with him again in the near future."

"Project started on January 29th and thought it was completed in two days. looked beautiful. Screws/Nala came through the bedroom wall. Easy fix. Shower kept dropping. Took several Tries and finally a new shower head resolved the problem. One of the biggest problems was a lek that caused a hold to develop in the kitchen ceiling. This fix took a long time because the contractor had other jobs to do before he could complete the fix. We also took the entire month off in March. The repair never got done until Friday the 11th of March. Had to call several times to get the repair done but itv seems good at this time."
