Living in Miami over 50 years where the service industry deserves zero stars, I am very careful land usually conduct a mini interview by phone when hiring people. I can usually tell within the first 2 minutes of a conversation if the person I am speaking with is someone I can trust and depend on. I felt that way with Jose and him and his wife did not disappoint me, they over exceeded my expectations. I am selling my home, a quite large home and the tile was old(ceramic) and grout was dirty from wear and tear. I had educate myself on the different methods available for cleaning, sealing, and coloring grout. My grout looks brand new, they work efficiently, immaculately clean, and fairly priced. And they showed up on time.

When I'm looking for someone to do a job for me, it's very rare that they will show up on time, much less early. This is one of the most important virtues someone can have. When Jose came for the estimate, he was early. To do the job, he was right on time and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. And, he finished earlier than expected. I recommend Creative Tile Cleaning highly.

Jose and his partner cleaned my title and grout and they did an amazing job! My title looks and looks brand new! My tile is shiny and my grout is clean again! They were very professional, on time and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
