Jose is great! I highly recommend him for grout cleaning and grout color sealing. I have now used his services in 3 of my condos (all with different types of tiles with different thickness of grout), and all were a big improvement. And he also did work for my friends. The color seal can eventually come off or get dirty, so it’s not a lifetime job, but the price is worth it for the improvement you’ll get for a few years. I have also hired José for marble polishing, but that wasn’t done as well. I think he could charge more for that, and get the proper machine to do a better resurfacing of the marble. I need the work to be done again in my bathrooms (about a year later).

Mr. Jose, I believe was the second to come out 3 vendors from HomeAdvisor, he came across like he really knows what he is talking about, gave us the best price, quality and cleanliness of work very good, I will hire him again for another property. Thank you

Jose and his wife were terrific. They cleaned and polished the marble in my bathroom and shower. He also added a grout edging on my granite countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. I highly recommend them and would use them again! Great value, too!

Jose gave an estimate and scheduled to clean and seal a bathroom floor and shower. On the scheduled day, I texted him to confirm the appointment. He responded that he would be there, but a couple of minutes later he wrote that his van broke down and wanted to know if he could do it the following day. I replied that I was not available that day and gave him two alternative days. He never responded and I never heard from him again.
