The technician was excellent. Workmanship was excellent. And they were able to perform exactly what I wanted. Only drawback was price. If They were about 30% cheaper it wouldÂ’ve been perfect. But I also know that you get what you pay for and again the technician was excellent.

My husband and I hired Energy Today to install an outlet in our garage to power our travel trailer. Unfortunately, the outlet was wired too 'hot' and it blew out the converter on the trailer. When we asked ET to come back out because of our concern they did not hesitate. There was no finger pointing or suggesting that anything else caused the problem. They immediately accepted responsibility and the electrician (I won't provide his name because I don't want people to avoid working with him because of the original error - he was GREAT to work with) did EVERYTHING to make the situation right. He was apologetic, concerned and committed to making the situation right. In life, everything does not always go as planned. As former business owners we recognize that the true mark of a business is how they respond when things don't go perfectly. Energy Today stood tall, fixed their mistakes and they will have our business in the future.
