Highly recommend. Carlos was very nice very thorough. Quick and efficient and was able to install our TV on a mount above our fireplace which is tricky since it is a pull-down mount. He also quickly installed our ring camera so we didn't have to set up a separate appointment. Definitely going to hire in the future.

Carlos from Complete Automated Technology has completed two furniture assembly projects at my home. The entire experience was outstanding! His professionalism, work ethic, and skill level are top notch! I don't see the need to look any further for my future furniture assembly needs. I also plan to contact them to mount a TV in the near future, as I trust they'll handle that project in the same manner.

I hired Carlos Taylor of Complete Automated Technology to install a Televes Datboss antenna. I was using a TV antenna mounted on a pole that did not stand up to the elements. I needed a mounting at least 30 feet above ground so I could get clear signals of TV stations in the adjacent Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham markets. He highly recommended the Datboss, and initially I had some reservations. I was afraid to use the provided amplifier, because I was connecting the antenna to an HDHomeRun network TV tuner, and the manufacturer recommended not using amplifiers because they added noise to the TV signals and overloaded the tuner. I had one station in Charlotte I could not pick up, WCCB by name. With my previous setup it came in clear as a bell for a few days and then dropped completely, so I thought it could be tropospheric ducting causing this phenomenon. However, I researched further and found that WCCB was located 79 miles from me, which should be within range of the antenna. The problem was co-channel interference from WLFL in Raleigh, which also broadcast on UHF channel 18. Witout the amplifier I could get WCCB very rarely and not without constant glitching and hiccups. During rainstorms it came in clearly but then dropped off when the rain stopped. On a whim I reconnected the amplifier, and voila! WCCB came in clearly and with very few buffers. Thank you Mr. Taylor for the professional install and quality work.

I found Carlos searching the internet and his company trying to find someone to install a Starlink reciever up on the roof and run cable into our home. Carlos got back to me promptly, I sent him pictures of what we wanted to do, set a time up for him to come out. He came out, did the job, and both my wife and I are more than happy with the work he performed. Very reasonable rate in my opinion as well. Communication between us was excellent. Not certain what more you could ask for with a business. More than happy. It seems a lot of video audio stores do not want to touch you if thats not what you want them to do even though the scope of the work is similar with setting up a receiver and running cable. Carlos looked at the job per the pictures I sent him and said no problem.

I would strongly recommend this business for any TV antenna installation or replacement project. I worked with Carlos Taylor with Complete Automated Technology. He arrived late but gave plenty of advance notice. Not only did he replace the antenna, but he also ran an entirely new line of coax cable into my existing set up. He worked with my existing PVC pipe and did not upsell me until he knew I was satisfied with the job. He also helped me lock in a weak station and made it flexible enough to rotate the antenna in multiple directions to receive signals from other markets, but I also have the option to lock it into position in the event of bad weather. This is a well-built antenna that captures signals from 80 miles away from the viewing location. Iâ m thoroughly satisfied with the attention to detail and high-level of workmanship from Carlos and his company.
