Lee was great with communicating with me throughout this process and even sent me pictures and updates when I was out of town for work (several times) during the build period. She went above and beyond answering all my questions and making sure everything worked perfectly. She also helped me learn and understand about pool features and maintenance. Her team was very friendly and respectful, and cleaned up the site as much as possible every day when they left. I am very pleased with Lee and her team.. "Sergii was very professional, flexible, communicated well, and was able to pull off my vision for a black marble fireplace without cracking a single piece of tile. He was also able to see and fix problems from previous renovated areas of the project so that installation would be safe and last. He was very upfront about cost and let me know about the price of materials before starting his work. And he kept his work area very CLEAN!! "Shark Pools (Joe) recently installed a pool liner at our home. The workmanship was wonderful, but several other things impressed me. He and his associate, Larry personally drove out to our house to look at the pool and talk about the liner replacement (others would just quote on the phone without seeing the pool). Joe always called back when I left messages and was not pushy after discussing cost. When we settled on a liner, he and Larry came out to the house and spent hours getting exact measurements, and explained the process. He handled everything (others wanted me to arrange water refill. When Joe left our home, the pool was full of water and looked beautiful. The pool area was left very clean. All debris and old liner was taken away from site. I highly recommend Shark Pools."

"Fluent in English. Prompt. Complete. I had a pool that was built in 1979. It didnâ t have a main drain. It was almost entirely 8 ft deep. Was a diving pool. It had no steps waking into the pool. Mr Molina did exactly what I wanted and he gave me choices that would each be a different economic cost. And the project was cleaned up by completion. He leveled my pool up to more of a wading and lounging pool. Installed a wide set of stairs as I requested and a new pool pump system. He was the best. Previously a man I hired had taken more money and only demolished and failed to produce the liner nor the fill. I will always recommend Molina Pools"
