Reviews
Write a ReviewBe patient with them, they are slow to get started. But once they get going they do excellent work. They really care about how well it is done, and are receptive to direction- if you have project parameters or limitations or specifics in mind.
over 2 hours late and did not bother to update the customer. I had to call. Two young kids showed up and it was very hot, extremely hot and either the heat got to them or they were novice. What I was told would be a simple job lasted almost two hours. The bill was excessive compared to what the original conversation indicated about the price. I complained and the service person knocked 20 off his original bill. Still about 50 too much. The antenna works as it should. Pray that another strong wind does not come my way again. However, if it does I will not call these folks.
Hello, It was nice to speak today concerning our service and your concern. I am glad that you are happy with the quality and end result. When we initially spoke, we estimated between $100 and $200 to install your antenna. When we booked your service, we indicated we would arrive after the morning service call and it should be around 11 +_ an hour or so. We completed the project and invoiced you for 1 hour plus materials. We look forward to working with you again.
The bill was a lot more than the estimate. Cables were installed by a previous home owner and no cables had to be run. Just had to attach an antenna to top of house and test and hook up cables. I was told that I would not be charged for more than 2 hours even if it took longer. Total bill was $443 and estimate was $370. Labor was $200 so that would be $100 an hour. I explained when the estimate was given that I did not want them to give me an estimate and then the bill be a lot more. I also asked since they were in business as long as they have been could they get within $30 or $40 of the estimate. They told me the antenna cost $150, in which I found that the antenna's were in fact $90. I am not happy with this company and I would not recommend them for business. I really don't like shady dealers. Mr. Taylor called me upset with this review. I want to say that the antenna and the work they did was good. I am on the phone now with Mr. James and he is going on and on about not over charging me. I explained to him that I would correct the review concerning his work and quality of his work. Again I am upset with the price not the quality of the work. I want to add the antenna is a great product and I get 50 channels. I think when you give someone an estimate then you make sure you add everything to your estimate and not add when you give them the bill.
Hello Patsy It was a pleasure to speak with you yesterday and we are glad that you are happy with our quality and service. you now receive over 50 channels (considerably more than the estimated 25-30 channels) with our antenna. We estimated the project would cost $370 plus tax. The final invoice was $412 plus tax, which is reasonably within the +40 dollar range we agreed on. We invoiced $150.00 for the antenna, wire, antenna mast, coaxial, splitters, and all other miscellaneous hardware, not just the antenna. We also included a necessary amplifier below our cost to satisfy your limit. Sincerely, CAT, LLC
They installed tvmount in the wall and speakers
Thank you Chandra, we look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks, Complete Automated Technology
Hourly rate for service beyond antenna installation was a bit steep, i.e. Completing the wiring to all the TVS. They did seek to save other equipment costs. Requested service was very prompt and outcome was even better than expected, while eliminating cable service and excessive monthly cable costs. I expect to recoup my investment in 1'year.

Excellent service
The men that showed up were professional and very thorough. I had about 14 cables coming out of my wall and they were able to identify them all and made sure my antenna was working before they left. They were able to answer all the questions I had and gave me a lot of extra I needed regarding amplifiers, installation etc.
The young men who came were very knowledgeable.
Hard working, stayed on task the entire time.
