Reviews
Write a ReviewCAT wired our home for internet and wifi, using a third party contractor for access point hardware installation. Our wifi service and hardline Ethernet is now working very well and all seemed great. The access points are top notch, and exceptional function in a house that has some interference. But, upon walking the attic and checking crawl space areas, I've noted some things I definitely would have done differently. I believe they do good work, and recommend them. But, give them specific guidance on laying wires, or they just kind of do what is easiest, not what's best.
Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to work with you. We have never used outside contractors to do our projects. We operate and own a small full service electronics company provide at minimum a year workmanship warranty and will be glad to stop by and attach any wires to your expectations. Sincerely, Complete Automated Technology LLC www.catllc.net 336-259-0735
Great work
I was not at the property at the time of install so had no way to confirm the how many people were on the job or the total time. The labor charge was a lot more than what we had talked about on the phone the day prior. In fact he did not tell me his hourly labor charge which turned out to be $100/hr. I emailed him about this but did not get a reply.
Hello Lisa, sorry for the lapse of communication there. We didn't receive your email but we're looking for it now. When we quoted you we stated the equipment cost would be 150 which would include all the standard antenna wiring and equipment. We quoted you about 2 hours on the job at $100 per hour based off of our standardized labor system. We also added that a $75 amplifier might be needed and we would install one only if necessary. That adds up to 425 which is what we charged you. At the request of your mother and as a courtesy, we also disposed of the satellite dish, cleaned and waterproofed the area. Total labor time was north of 3.5 hours
Completed the service in a timely manner, at a reasonable price...
Professional and clean
He did a very good job and was focused the entire time to get the job done.
James & Carlos Taylor did a great job installing outside air antenna, coax cable and verified all TVs have good reception. Mike
Carlos was so thorough and meticulous about how things got done.
Nice work. Mounted my TV on wall as well as hooked up everything else very neat.
Good service.
