We hired this company to install an outside antenna. We were quoted the price to be $350 to $400. When they got done with installation we were charged $613.75. I paid that price. The antenna did great for about 3 months. Then my TV started messing up with distorted picture and you could not understand what was being said on the TV. The antenna has a lifetime warranty, so I called them to come fix it. Every time the wind blew, even just a little my TV messed up. Carlos came out to fix it but made it worst. He raised the antenna higher which did not need to be done. That made the TV problem must worst. It only needed to be tightened up and braced so when the wind blew it would not mess up. I was told when it was installed the wind would not mess it up. I have called several times to get them back out and I only get their answering machine. They need to come fix it or come and take the antenna down and give us our money back.
Shortly after the initial install, we were able to reach out to Dale and fix his antenna issue. The problem came from faulty manufacturing of some parts of the antenna. We have of course fully replaced it at no cost to him, and he was very happy with the end result. unfortunately, it seems like he never updated his review.
I give you a 10 you were very good.
