The owner was so helpful. He got me paint samples and was there before his crew to prep everything. He supervised them, which them on track. He does not tolerate slacking behavior. They were careful with all of my things, making sure to include me in all decisions if issues came up. Meaning if something needed to be removed they asked and didn't paint around stuff. It was a great experience. They even offered to buy me lunch.

My review would have been much higher if today did not happen. Bob actually cussed at me (said this is b****) and stormed out and said he was done and felt like he was being abused. Yes, I asked for a discount (prior to today). I am a consumer after all. And yes I paid him well. However, I expect the job to be done right. He returned today to touch up mistakes that were made and apparently he did not like the amount of blue tape I had placed around the house. He stormed out and said he was done. I had offered to provide an explanation for my takings, I documented a list of the issues in each room, and he would not accept it. I was embarrassed for him to observe his unprofessional display of frustration and I would not recommend him. I am finding the same issues that others had complained about (sloppy work, visible brush strokes, uneven coverage). When I asked that the issues be corrected, he flew off the handle. Cannot recommend them.

Overall great experience. Bob and his team was quick and efficient. I have already recommended them to a friend and I will use them when it comes time to paint the exterior.

Bob was polite, professional, on time, and went above and beyond in painting my home. Extremely pleased.

Bob and his crew were fantastic! All questions answered concerns were addressed immediately. If we were unsure of something, time was allowed for decisions. We were not rushed and even a last minute change was accepted as just part of doing business and made exactly to our liking. A window was stuck and a door was misaligned and they were corrected quickly. They cleaned up after work, and you hardly knew it was a work zone. Entire crew was polite and professional.

They painted our eaves and and two outside doors. They were very thorough and the quality of their work was outstanding!

Quality of work was poor cut in lines at ceiling can Be clearly seen around both of the entire rooms.
