The pro seemed hesitant to investigate to see what the real problem was. Only after spending 20 minutes of investigating the situation, the decided it was a high pressure mister was not operating properly, They charged me $100 for this and when I called them back for another job, they wanted an additional $50 after accessing the problem was actually a plumbing wire. Total time spent on second call 5 minutes.

My project was to install a 50 Amp 220 Volt circuit outdoors for a new pool heat pump. I dealt strictly with Rob. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He came to my home and gave a prompt estimate. He explained everything they would do and how they would do it to my satisfaction. He easily answered all my many questions and addressed all my concerns. On the day of the work, Rob was there on time (even a little early) to lead the work effort. All the work was performed within the estimated time frame at the estimated cost. The work area was left clean and in the same condition as when they arrived. At the conclusion, Rob went over all the work they performed and had me verify the new pump was working correctly. This experience met my best expectations.

Colonial Electric responded within minutes of my initial inquiry. They were able to provide an estimate over the phone and we arranged a service call for the next day. William, the electrician arrived on time, and was extrememly professional, and courteous. The workmanship was excellent and he cleaned up the area before he left. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Colonial Electric and will definitely use them again!!

Robert the owner is great to work with. He came out and gave a free estimate on the project and was able to start the actual project very quickly. He had a great crew of electricians with him that were very knowledgeable and friendly. They got the project done in one day. Will recommend Colonial Eclectic to all friends and family.
