10/11/21 Ron constructed a structure to protect my pool equipment. My Lanai & Pool which is screened in, was built on a stem wall, with electrical connections outside of same. My coconut palm fronds when trimmed resulted in damage to same. Ron designed, constructed & installed a protective 2 1/2” marine wood box, with a sloped top to protect same. In addition, Ron ensured it would be accessible, should the need arise to service same. I would hire Ron again, without a doubt, quality from beginning to completion.

I highly recommend Ron with Coastal Concierge Enterprise! The dock repair and rebuild were done on time with updates throughout the project. He was extremely professional to work with and the finished product is beautiful!

Ron was extremely professional, went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. Stayed in touch letting me know where the project was at. He was prompt and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The work was done well, with good materials, and once the work was started it was followed through with a couple of delays to completion. The work requirements were over estimated and the difficulty was under estimated. At this point, the customer relations issues stepped in. This was a straight forward facia replacement and he should have anticipated potential extra work since the roof had been replaced several years ago. He demanded additional compensation for the extra effort or he would stop the work in the middle of the project. During the entire project when asked about the status of the work, he was very defensive and curt. However, we did work out a new agreement (at an additional cost per foot completed) and the work was finished as originally requested. At completion and inspection, he requested his final payment as we had agreed. I proceeded to get his check and upon return discovered he had just left without a word. He also failed to do the final cleanup in his haste to leave. I felt his leaving was rude and it required mailing a check for his remaining balance. In summary, his work was very satisfactory but his customer relations skills were very deficient.

I called coastal concierge to come visit and have a look at concrete piling that were crumbling. He gave me a very reasonable quote, told me when he would be there, Arrived when he said he would. He constructed some very stout forms for new concrete surrounding the old. The forms themselves will be left in place in our indeed very decorative! I would be more than happy to recommend Ron! He was very neat and tidy, and a pleasure to do business with!

Ron evaluated the existing 40 year old bridge and quoted a new bridge using all marine grade wood and fasteners. His work was top shelf, on time etc,etc. He cleaned up after each work day.I observed him all six days it took to tear out and replace, Ron is an excellent carpenter/builder and was a pleasure to watch a skilled craftsman at work. We had a project to reinforce an older awning on our dock where the support concrete was cracking and the steel was rusting. After one company said replace instead of repair and another company never came out to spec the project, I found Ron. He was out and called with a proposal the next day, told me his schedule, and delivered a fine job when he said he would. Very pleased to find him and will definitely call him about projects in the future!

Ron agreed to take on our job after it was partially done. We did not like the work done by the previous company. Ron's workmanship is great, he is here when he says and has finished the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company for whatever you may need to be done.
