    Chris was extremely professional, and he brought a crew of experts and artisans to perform the installation. It was a very difficult installation, but the crew handled it masterfully. They cleaned up each day, inside and outside. Each person on his crew was polite, and friendly. I highly recommend Chris.

    Chris brought a crew of 4, each exceptional in their own right. Electrician, plumber, mason, etc. They worked together seamlessly. You could tell that they had experience and expertise as they seamlessly completed the job. When they were done, you could not tell where all the pipes and cables were. Kristen tested the system and showed me how to maintain it. When National Grid had to come install a larger meter, Chris made himself available to answer any questions they had and offered to come over if there were any problems. From start to finish, Chris Shaffer and his crew are top of the line.
