Had Chris troubleshoot and service my Trane gas heating unit - he performed a simple cleaning of the thermal coupling to the unit because of carbon build up, he got the unit working for the day but the following day that the unit had malfunctioned and began blowing out cold air from the fan, it has been 2 weeks that I have been calling only to be transfer to a receptionist and answering service for the past 2 weeks now with no luck. I did not mind paying the $125 labor fee in cash but this being the case I feel that I have no recourse but to ascertain the company's license number 1387924 and possibly filing a complaint on several online sites reviews. I honestly spoke with the receptionist and when I mentioned that I will consider reporting my online review she considered that as a threat - well at least I should have had my calls returned and my issue resolved but none of that happened, Thank God I contacted another service who immediately pinpointed and troubleshooted my Tranes gas unit for a fraction of the cost.
Response from Company:
Edwin C. says "...did not mind paying the $125 labor fee..." "another service who immediately pinpointed and troubleshooted my Tranes gas unit for a fraction of the cost....". Pinpointed and troubleshooted. What about fix? And at fraction of $125? A professional?

Aquatech Mechanical did an excellent job on replacing failed central A/C system at my home as well as added the mini split unit at my home gym. I rarely recommend any contractors but I this is the one I couldn't resist the urge to recommend them as I am extremely pleased with their work and service. Everything from the initial estimate till final install went seamlessly. The owner Chris is a pleasure to deal with as is his crew. He is very polite, knowledgeable , professional and so is his entire team. Both installs were done on time and with a great amount of professionalism. I highly recommend this company. As a side note, I recommended them to 2 of my friends who used them to service their AC system and the generator and they both thanked me for the recommendation.

I got proposal for tankless navien on 10/29/20 and install took place on 11/5/20. The 3 men crew came on time (one didnâ t speak English) and started working. The existing 50gl water tank was removed and tankless navien installed in about 6 hours. Everything seemed to be smooth and worked when tested. Since the install, the company was called in atleast 4 times for various water leaks including leaking condensate lines and a back up problem in the neutralizer filter. Every time Chris responded quickly to texts and even came over on a Sunday to put a temporary fix to a backed up filter. However, after 4 different visits there was another problem where emergency release valve opened up and released few drops of water. When called Chris on 12/5/20 , he said that most likely the problem was in the emergency valve itself and that he would come on Tuesday to replace it. Tuesday was 12/8/20. Today is 12/19/20 and no one has come yet and when today I experienced same problem after a shower and texted Chris to remind him - I got no response. I texted Chris at 5:30pm on fri 12/18/20. Donâ t think I will be using this company again.
Response from Company:
Admittingly this job was a challenge from the beginning. The existing water tank to be replaced was in the attic and we had to vent the unit through the roof which is rarely done. the closet where the unit was to go was cramped and already showed water damage. We did have to return few times to address Alex's concerns, which we did. I, the owner, was extremely patient, and returned myself or sent my guys a few times. I believe this just shows our commitment to our customers and willingness to make the customer happy. interestingly enough, and frustrating enough, one of the visits was due to a breaker popping which had absolutely nothing

Chris and crew were professional. We recently had a few split unit ACs installed. Chris was upfront about all fees installed and kept in touch with my husband every step of the way. Clean job, nice crew, no issues. thank you!
