Changed central ac unit ,disconnected humidifier unit. when I call him and ask to fix it, he is making one appointment, the fail it, then another one fail it also. Totally disrespect to customer, I will never use his company again.

Mr. Dmitri is correct. I did miss 2 appointments. However, each time I couldn't make an appointment I called or texted to reschedule. In this business there are a lot of variables and scheduling isn't always a science. Also, since Mr. Dmitri works nights our appointments always had to fit into his tight schedule, after he got home but before he went to sleep, so many times I was trying to accommodate him by squeezing him between two other appointments. What he fails to mention is that I have been working for him for 4 years. Initially I changed his air conditioner condenser, then did some troubleshooting and repairs over the years. I am.

Itâ s a pleasure my leave a review for Christopher Shaffer. I have an older home with original brass plumbing. From 1933. Anything that old tends to be temperamental and Christoper understood this and how deal with itâ s unexpected challenges beautifully. I learned he has a premium machinists mind from early in life and has tremendous knowledge in what he does, that is drawn on when challenges present. I have on doubt that I will be calling on him again for his services.

Chris knows his stuff and shares his knowlege. He came when he said he would, he had a positive attitude(most important) immediately replaced the necessary part at a good price. No b.s. if you know what I mean. He is my future technician.

Customer called me to maintain generator that had not been maintained in several (5?) years since it was installed. Generators are supposed to receive tune up and oil change annually. Ordered special tune up kit for customer's generator (we usually don't encounter this brand of generator). When kit arrived my technician performed tune up only to discover that it had a bad starter (probably because it had been sitting so long without proper maintenance). I ordered part and I am awaiting delivery when this poor review was left. I will in good faith still repair this generator even though customer left me this poor review.

Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. They were done with my home by 6pm after working all morning and afternoon.
