    Chris installed my Generac 22kw fixed generator. He is a true gentleman. He was honest and very knowledgable pre sale. His team worked like a well oiled machine under his direction. He was also not afraid to jump in and help out his people He was quickly responsive to all of my emails and texts. His crew came on time and finished the installation neatly. After the install , Chris spent time with me to set up the WiFi. He also made sure to school me on how to use the generator and service it if I decided to do my own maintenance. About a week after the install he reminded me to send in the paperwork for the warranty extensions. It is rare to find a contractor that truly cares about his customers the way Chris does. And when he speaks to you, he does so clearly concisely and looks you in the eye. A true gentleman.

    Chris did quite a bit of work for me. He fixed 2 HVAC units in my primary residence and installed a new system in a rental unit that I own. I found Chris to be honest, professional, knowledgeable in his craft, and reliable. Can't stress the "honest" enough - he could have easily tried selling me on the 2 units he repaired but provided reasonable alternatives and walked me through his thinking. HVAC work is very expensive, we all know that. I still found his pricing to be reasonable given that baseline. He sold me an HVAC system with a 10 year parts/2 year labor warranty for essentially the same price I paid for a unit in 2013 that only had a 5 year parts/1 year labor warranty. The installation also was very efficient. Overall I had no complaints and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris or hire him again.

    Very good work, just didn't understand why when guy gave price of what job would entail he didn't write down what was needed so the guy arrived and looked at job and had to leave to go to plumbing supply store, they do great work just think they should come prepared extended job almost 2 hours
