The tech was friendly. However, he failed to adjust the sprinkler heads for full coverage and I have a large area that is browning from lack of water.

Did you try calling them back to have them come back out to readjust the head? I had a similar issue I called the office and they had a technician come back out and re adjust my heads to get the coverage I needed. Sometimes it only takes a call to correct things. They take a lot of pride in there customer service and I have to say i was very surprised and how good there customer service was especially now a days.

The installers did as great job. They repaired 6 sprinkler heads along with other parts. I just thought they were a little expensive.

Do not know big this company is , doesn't matter , Oscar the technician is the backbone and future of this company, quick service. All issues addressed and completed. Very helpful and friendly. I will be using them in the future for all my repair or sprinkler needs in the future. I would buy stock in this guy. Really .

Charlotte Irrigation met my needs for emergency sprinkler repair on the same day with friendly, superior customer service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and fast. He explained everything very well and offered maintenance tips for the future. I highly recommend them!
