The girls who did the cleaning did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the manager/owner of the company, Noel, is not as honest and upfront about first-time pricing. When asked several times, he underestimated by 100% (the price was doubled) so the cost we got was well over the promised maximum ceiling. I would have continued business with them, but cannot trust the estimates on fees. Get everything in writing or find another company. I feel sorry for the girls who did their job and their boss lost them in my business.

They never arrive on time. Delay the work to inflate the hourly cost. Loud and raucous chatter in Spanish yelling to workers in other rooms without regard to the owners. Broke two coffee makers on separate occasions, locked themselves in bathroom, damaged electronics which cost me $80.00 to repair. Kept calling me Pappy. The worst experience ever. The dispatcher promised improvement, but it only got worse. He also lacks integrity. Lied to me on several occasions. Thought Pappy was funny.

Hired them for a while but had to let them go. Very nice people but not careful about pets in the house. Locked my cats in the closet for the day.

I found this Awesome Cleaning Service with HomeAdvisor and was looking for a special service at the time. I was looking for a company you don't need to tell how to clean. They came prepared to do the best clean ever on Day ONE! Since then I will never use any other service & is a big part of my happy customer check out! The last place sold absolutely because of the outstanding cleaning just before listing to sell. It did shine like nothing they were seeing elsewhere and mentioned it at the close. Challenger Enterprises Palm Beach did an A+ clean @ the most affordable price you will tip for sure! Enjoy the work and tell them Karen sent you :-)

They did a great job and were very thorough!

Wow! I had a last minute clean that needed to be done and called the night before. Noel was very up front about everything (hard to come by now a days)... While it may seem expensive, it really is not at all. They did a terrific job in a mess of an apartment (you're welcome ex-roomie). I would recommend them for any type of cleaning job. I would assume since my experience was terrific in this department that you will find similar if other services are needed. I've seen people complain about house keepers chatting, etc. I don't care if they talk, they are people doing a pretty difficult job in my opinion. GIVE NOEL A CHANCE! I bet you wont regret it. I wasnt home and everything was taken care of!

Noel came and have us an estimate the same day I inquired with an appointment the very next day. You can't get better service than that!
