"Demitri came out and looked at our yard. We told him what we wanted . Beside the sod we also had mulch put in. We got our quote and made the decision to go with his company. The guys were great, very respectful of our home. The guys got here about 9 am and were done with everything and on there way by a little after one. I think what impressed me the most is that Demitri was right out there working with the guys to get things done. They even came back two weeks later and trimmed our coconut tree. "They are very dependable when it comes to showing up and being on time and the work was done right and very quickly. The only problem was in getting the permit. It took a long time to get finalized. But this is another contractor, found thru Home Advisor, that I will keep all the information on and will use again. In fact, I just did use them again last week on Friday, December 6th. When they came to meet the inspector regarding my new panel inspection, I asked them to give me a call because I wanted to get an estimate for another job. They called me back right away and sent someone out the following morning. I told them I wanted to go ahead and schedule the job. He told me they could do it that day. I wanted to do it but I said I couldn t because I had to leave by 3:30 for my granddaughters Christmas Pageant. He told me they would be done by then, that they would send a helper. I said ok if you really think you can be done in time. It was a lot of work. He was replacing 13 lights in the ceiling, changing out 11 outlets, adding an outlet and installing a surge protector in my recently installed panel. To my surprise, they finished at exactly 3:28. They will be my electrician from now on. I will tell you though, if you are looking for cheap, don t bother. They are a little pricey but the work gets done right away and it gets done right."

"My rental home, which I inherited from my parents, is part of an Association that simply cuts the grass as their "landscaping" services. I live in New York and was not checking in on the property. As a result, there was extreme overgrowth in the front berm, which was shading and choking a 20 foot cactus that my mother originally planted over 30 years ago as a small plant costing $1.99 at Publix. This cactus has sentimental value to me and I looked to Ryan to save it. Also, there were overgrown shrubs and trees around the house. Since I live in New York and needed to contract this job remotely by text, I sent Ryan pictures taken in 2020 and asked him to bring it back to the way it was then. Ryan did a spectacular job everywhere and sensitively freed and saved my Mom's cactus. I highly recommend him for the job he did as well as for staying in constant contact with me and completing the job quickly and within budget. I plan to hire him to do a spruce up annually."
