Excellent job by the company. We had 3 leland cypresses that needed to be removed and chipped out. The crew cam in and completed the job within a couple hours. We were very pleased with the outcoem. They were on time, kept in good communicatin, and did a good clean up. We will definitely consider using them for any future work

Be to sure to state what you would like to have completed before the project begins and be sure it is done properly BEFORE you pay. The attitude of Mr.Caberas, Sr. was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL regarding my job. They did minimal cleanup before leaving---WITHOUT even telling me they were leaving. A couple of large divots were left in my lawn. They left huge pieces of tree trunk laying on my lawn, and 2 inches of sawdust was left all over my lawn and sidewalks. Many pieces of wood were left longer than the 16 inches that they said they would cut, and they left large wood rounds that I couldnt move in the middle of my lawn. They dropped logs on my sprinkler system, and left them there. Mr. Cabreras, Sr. had all kinds of excuses why he left my place in the condition it was left. I called him to complain and he said he would come out two days later, but he no showed It was not until I made a stop payment on his check, did someone come to resolve the issues. It was an awful mess that caused me much stress, both in deciding how to resolve the issue, and how to get things cleaned up. I really regret hiring them. I have photos to prove all of this. They DID finally come to clean the main mess up, but I am sure only so they could get their money back. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH SPECIFICS FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE THE JOB STARTS.

they are fine for a one time service. we asked them to come back and take some more off of one tree. they kept saying they were coming on this day and that day. they never showed up. we ended up doing it ourselves. not a good idea for you if you need them to come back and take more off of your trees.

Martin and his crew did a fantastic job, I could not be happier. They were professional from providing early advice, expert tree removal, and complete property cleanup. Thank you Martin for making such an improvement in my property.

I would like to have the wood cut at 16 inches, and all of it cut at 16 inches. Other than that, they did a great and very friendly job. In and out in a couple of hours, they were amazing.

Tree Service. Looking for a tree service? We DO NOT recommend Cabreras Tree Service INC. We hired them to top and shape two Birch trees that were damaged by the ice storm. When they left, we realized they had not done some of the things we had asked them to do. I called and was told they would come back within the next three days and would call before coming. Later that same day When we were at the bank I received a Text saying they were at our house (never called before) and were leaving. I called to tell them we would be right there. I was told they had already left, were on their way to South Salem and would be back July 13th to finish the job. This morning I called at 8:30 to ask for an approximate time they would be here and was told that the lift was broken so he would be bringing climbers in the late afternoon. At 4:00 he called and said he would not come back unless we paid $250.00 on top of what we had already paid him. I told him that since he was bringing climbers, I would pay that extra amount if he also removed a branch in another tree. He refused. Itâ s very unprofessional for Cabreraâ s not to complete and back their work, plus try to get extra money from us after already being paid a handsome amount. We will not recommend them nor use them again.

The Cabrera team were careful of property, did the job as ordered, and cleaned up after the work was complete. They had to position their bucket truck on the front lawn and were carefule not to damage the area. They answered my questions about the process in a respectful and friendly maner. Leon F

Brian is friendly, and so are the rest of the workers, but several significant issues arose in the process, all of which they will not respond to me about. They came out ahead of schedule and began working on my huge tree. At the end of the day, they finished up and said that they could not get all the tree debris picked up, so I thought no big deal could just cut them up. They then increased the cost by 500$ because they underestimated the amount of work. I paid the extra 500$. When I went back to the yard myself, I found they left such large pieces of the tree I cannot cut them up, move them, get anyone else to but them up. I am a widow with a 10-year-old living out of state from most of my family, so I do not have many to help me with this. They also left a lot of debris and said they would not put it in the chipper by hand only with their heavy equipment, and because there are rocks in my yard, they could not complete that. They also damaged a water pipe because they tolled the cut pieces of the trunk onto a spicket and buried it, so we did not see it till later. I reached back out to them and asked them to please cut up the large pieces to further process them, and nothing. No response. They are entirely in the wind. They also quoted my elderly grandfathers property, and he was caught trying to way overbid the work saying one price, and when told he would not be hired for that price, he dropped the price over 600$. Needless to say, after my experience and his dishonest pricing, my grandfather did not hire him, and I do not believe I would hire him again either. I paid thousands for incomplete service, a broken water pipe, further damaged fencing, trash in my neighbors yard, and a bigger mess than I have the physical capability to clean. I am totally good with doing yard work and am excited to break out a chain saw, but there is just no way anyone with a regular chainsaw could process what they left behind.
