Quick service at pruning several big trees and then we added some root removal and small stumps requiring rental of sttump grinder Did this too promptly and cheerfully leaving all just as I needed it to replace new ornamentals

They never showed up until I called upon them again. Then they showed up 1.5 hours early. They were supposed to trim a tree and they started taking completely down. I caught them in the middle of the job. by that time it was too late. Had them trim a front tree and take away from the house. The worse trim I have ever seen on the front of the house. I could have done the job they did. Do not waste your time with these people. You might as well do it yourself or hire some high school kids.

They called me promptly the original day of our agreement for the job when it turned out they wouldn't have enough guys to work the job safely. When we rescheduled even though there had been miscommunication they came out quickly the day I thought they were supposed to be coming out. They worked for about an hour and a half, before they came to me to discuss finishing the job another day at a cooler time of day since they had been working jobs since 6 am and it was over 82 degrees when they got to the property around 4pm. They apologized profusely, but clearly explained why they were asking to finish on another day (too hot for them to safely work and stay healthy) and were clear in their answers to my questions and prompt in giving a new time for them to come out. They will complete the job tomorrow morning.
