Do not waste your money! Get a WRITTEN DETAILED BID, days of handshake contract and verbal agreement are Gone! Clean-up consisted mostly of blowing tree trimmings over under trees with leaf blower! Left large 18-inch 3-inch diameter chunks under trees they PRUNED?? Charged me $250.00 per tree (2 trees trimmed) to make possibly at the most 20-30 cut branches on one tree, I could have reached them myself with my pole saw, but I am 83 tears old and do not move as fast as I used too! Did not bother to try to the number of branches that were Trimmed on the second tree, it still has branches over the roof which is what I wanted to be removed! Oh yes, I received a verbal assurance, Yes we will trim it up so it looks beautiful !! They brought two big trucks and a chipper, they never used the bucket truck, only drove on grass median to make deep ruts! Could not seem to drive on the gravel! Now I will have to finish sloppy work! Total was $3,500.00 to TRIM my two ornamental trees and cut back branches on fir trees along drive way. Needless to say, I will never again hire or recommend this company!

Martin was here on Monday to waive me an estimate on chipping a large pile of white oak branches, as well as cut down a few large stumps on our property. He said his crew could do it on Wednesday the same week. They showed up on time and completed the job by noon. We had a small misunderstanding of the work to be completed but Martin removed and chipped the branch in question for a models extra amount. My only complaint is that they could have paid a bit more attention to sweeping the mud and debris that their backhoe left on our driveway. Overall they provided good value and did a good job. I would hire them again.

Brian came by gave me a quote on removing 1 tree topping another and trimming 2 smaller maples the crew was fast and efficient.

They were very prompt in giving me an estimate... Came before the appointment. Their proposed cost was about half of what another service offered. However, they did not send me a written order before the job was started and therefore had gotten the instructions incorrect...They cut down an old oak tree by mistake. They tried to make amends by doing additional work and planting a new tree but you just ca not replace an old tree like that. I was very disturbed that they did not verify they were cutting down the right tree. I believe it was an honest mistake and I take some responsibility for not requiring a written order first. If you hire them make sure they understand what you want and they give you a written estimate.

Arrived on time but once their equipment was in my driveway, called it an emergency service and charged an extra fee. Had I known this during the bid, I would not have hired them. They suddenly became the most expensive, but there they were hustling an extra fee.

They did an excellent job of removing a large weeping willow that overhang 2 out buildings. The majority of the tree had to be "roped" down. We were a little unhappy with cleanup, but the office sent them back and they took care of it. They had worked thru lunch, and were still in town eating lunch at 3:00 pm. so they came right back to finish cleaning.

They responded within a few minutes of my request, came out next day to give me a bid. Had 2 bids and theirs was the best. Removed 2 very tall leaning trees very efficiently, cleaned up and moved wood as requested, ground stumps & cleaned up a huge pile of brush that remained after ice storm clean-up. Very nice people to work with, easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of tree service. Excellent contractor!!!

Well, this tree service was the only one that actually took the time to come out, rather quick I might add to give me a quote. As others that I had tried said they would but never did, and others that never bothered to call me back. Just a slight mix up with the scheduled time they said they would come out and do the job, but that was resolved to my satisfaction. They were safe and efficient, and accomplished the job of taking down three trees in my back yard very quickly, very impressive!
