CTC Landscaping, LLC

Company replaced two irrigation valves that were leaking. Owner was very knowledgeable and identified and fixed the valves. I was out of town and my daughters family is living at the house. Owner told me over the phone what was wrong, quoted a price which I thought was high, but I told home to proceed to get the problem fixed. When I returned to the house I found another valve problem. I called around for different estimates and got quotes that were at most half the cost of what I was charged. I talked to the owner and he wouldnt explain the costs other than that is what it cost. He wouldnt tell me his cost per hour nor the cost of the parts. Since the 3 other companies I contacted all had very similar prices I have to assume that I significantly overpaid. While the repairs were done effectively, the costs were way out of line.

CT Landscaping did a great job. I needed a yard clean up and haul away dirt. When the weather didnâ t cooperate, Coorley called and rescheduled. He was out there working in 100 degrees and worked late into the evening to get the job done! I look forward to calling on him again in the Spring.
