Write a ReviewJob was for a service upgrade and several new circuits to be run. This is Mr. Russo's second job and it shows, several scheduled work days he called to postpone. I discussed the option of finding someone else to complete on the 3rd day he cancelled but accepted his deadline for the 4th day. On other days he was often late showing up. Work was completed though not to my satisfaction, he needs constant supervision and I would not trust to be left unsupervised. Received additional charges on final bill but refused to pay most of them. I gave 2 stars because work was completed though I will attempt to replace some of his work myself.
Once the job was started it turned out great. A pleasure to work with. Scheduling was a little tough.
Chris of CR Electric was punctual and did an outstanding job. He was neat and clean. The job turned out better than expected. I highly recommend him.
Received an estimate from Chris and he stuck to the estimate when he did the work. No nasty surprises!!! The work itself seems to be very well done with no problems.
He does not seem at all organized. He performed my service upgrade from 100 Amps to 200 Amps and left with the job unfinished after saying he was done. When my husband got home and inspected, wires were left out of the box and not connected. CR Electrical did not call to finish the job. My husband called him to finish and it took him well over a week to come back and finish. I also asked him to write up a quote for some inside work that needed done through my insurance. For over a month (during the time of the service upgrade and after) he kept saying he would send it and never did. Not professional.
My reputation speaks for itself. Her husband is one of those people who thinks he's more qualified than the professional that was hired. I completed the job as planned and even returned a few days later after moderate rain to do some other things that they didn't pay for. I did not want to go back and do any additional work after that.
C.R. Electrical Contracting company is just great. He knows his business. His Job is very important to him and he makes you fill very safe. I will use him for family and friends and for business.
He is very knowledgeable and the workmanship is excellent. When changes needed to be made, he was very accommodating and had great suggestions. Because he is very good, he is also very busy. There was an issue with time management though we were able to work it out to our satisfaction.
Mr. Russo was quite pleasant and had a charismatic personality, however his work required the customer's constant assistance. The electrician insisted that I pay hm in cash. The length of time spent to complete the job was excessively long and upon completion the pre-existing problem reoccurred almost immediately. I am still awaiting his return to complete the (paid cash) job.
Which part of this is accurate? At which point did I require your constant assistance(I asked you to flip some switches)? What was the problem with paying me in cash(you received a paid invoice)? How did you come to the determination that the job took excessively long (9 hours) to complete the work? And lastly, how did you determine that the new problem that occurred was identical to the pre-existing problem (they are TOTALLY different in nature)? What really annoys me in this situation, other than the display of sheer arrogance, is that I immediately came over to asses the problem, and cancelled family plans to come back the next day.
Owner was easily reachable by black berry and responsive. Chris stayed until the job was done, was neat and all went as expected.
Extraordinarily knowledgeable and experienced. Very dedicated to my project working to late hours to provide my family with electricity (and therefore heat) in winter cold. A very complex task was performed in a surprisingly short time. The work was competitively priced and the project result was excellent.
