"When I called late on a Sunday night I received a call back and was told the service is 24/7. We set up an appointment for inspection and cleaning of the chimney. The worker arrived and did a quick inspection and said the chimney did not need to be cleaned and was in good condition and he would not feel right charging the $100 fee and we should just give him a good review. "Howard and Kevin were both very easy to work with. The appointment was set up with Howard and Kevin came to do the work. I appreciated that both answered all of my questions and took pictures of the ac unit in my attic to show me that there was mold. There was also mold in the majority of my vents. Kevin did a really thorough job cleaning and bleaching everything. My house smells so much better and it's good to know that I'm breathing clean air! The entire job took about three and a half hours and they cleaned my dryer vent too."
