The job that should have taken 2 weeks took 2 months.After lenghtly discussion, Chris and I came to an understanding as to what happened and why it took so long. The job has been completed in a professional manner and that is the bottom line.

Chris did an excellent job of upgrading our electrical service. He was personable, prompt and professional. Knowing that we were needing the job done quickly he came out and did the work on a Sunday. The inspector who did the underwriters certification commented on how well the job was done and added that he always gets good ideas by looking at Chris' work. There was a small problem with getting inspection scheduled for the underwriters certification and then being charged an extra fee for expediting the paperwork, but that is cleared up now.

Service Magic is the Best! Having three options gave us the opportunity to find the perfect fit and so we did! Chris Russo was professional, reasonable and very accommodating. job= service upgrade to 200 amps Time to complete work from first contact= 1 week!! Time to get Underwriters certificate= longer than that.
