Chris was outstanding in performance, communication and reliability. One of the most important parts of the service is keeping the customer notified as to when the contractor plans to come to do the job, after the initial visit. Once you contacted him, his response was immediate. When he determined what had to be done, he quoted a price,and date for the work to be done. Luckily for us, the agreed time was two days after the initial visit; the weather was not good, but Chris was determined to complete the job despite this - he just wanted to help us out and did so. Thanks to him, we have our internet back and more secure about our wiring.

Recieved a call from Chris (Russo) minutes after making my initial request. He immediately scheduled a visit to my home to assess the problem. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Scheduled a day & time to come and do the work. Did the work in a timely and highly efficient manner. I am extremely pleased with CR and would recommend Chris to others and re-use Chris' services in the future. Great job!
