    After reviewing two other companies to install a walk-in closet in my townhouse, I chose Chesapeake Closets because of the following: 1) Owner came and took the measurements, was cordial and professional; 2) The two-man crew came at the appointed time and installed everything. No retaking measurements was needed; crew asked me pertinent questions to resolve minor adjustments; 3) The color I chose was what I saw in the installed shelves and drawers. 4) A service call was answered and attended promptly to my satisfaction. I'm very content with my walk-in closet, which adds relevant value to my home. The espresso color goes well with my red oak floors. The design we agreed on maximizes the available space and the walk-in does not feel claustrophobic. I would use them again for other projects.

    I highly recommend Chesapeake Closets. They simply want the customer to be happy with the job. After installation, there was an alignment that did not look right to me. I called Chesapeake and they did not question why it did not look right to me. They ordered some new materials and spent an additional two hours fixing something, that a lot of people would think was trivial. They really do want the customer to be happy. Thank you, Chesapeake Closets!

    For their price point, I had higher expectations. Chesapeake Closets shelves and hardware feel quite cheap. Even the built-in laundry baskets, a feature that I was quite excited about when they sold it to me, are clumsy and not practical to remove and use as actual baskets. Plus, these baskets are unusually wide and shallow, making it next to impossible to find suitable liners. Without liners, your socks and other small garments will fall right out! The belt hook slide-out is the only feature that stood out as a real positive. These guys woo you with a nice-looking computer generated diagram of the install. Too bad that diagram does not match the quality of the final product. For our next closet organization system, we will go elsewhere.

    I had a very pleasant experience working with Chesapeake Closets. My closet was expertly designed. The installers were on time, clean and courteous. I would recommend Chesapeake Closets and look forward to working with on future projects.

      We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
    6. Bankruptcy Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
