These guys are the BEST! Explained what was needed, but more importantly what was not necessary to fix my problem! They saved me a ton of $$, corrected the problem ahead of time & helped me close on the sell of my home! 1st class company with excellent workers! 👍 Well Done

I hired these guys again at my new home. They did an outstanding job at my last place, and so reasonably priced too - and I was devastated to find damp in our new finished basement. But a quick call to Renato and his crew and we are all fixed up. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone I know. They are fast, reliable, and professional! And thanks to Jaime on the crew- I had the drywall replaced, patched, and painted in a day too!

Renato came out early Saturday morning and gave us a quote while onsite. He was very professional and detailed. He sent his crew out and they did an exceptional job. Jamie, the crew leader, attention to detail and customer service was awesome. He made sure we were satisfied and everything was neat and clean before leaving

We hired William and his team, via our sales contact Nubia, to water proof our basement. Nubia was informative and did not try to up sell any products. We were given our estimate up front and only altered it when we requested extra work. Even then, the price came in below budget. My only complaint is a little one. When the men put the plastic sheeting on one of the walls, they accidentally covered an electrical outlet and it took some poking around to find it. Also, one of the men broke an under ground pipe in our laundry room, but we knew that was going to happen, half expected it to happen and warned William it could happen. When it did, the team stayed after hours to make sure it was repaired before they left. They went above and beyond to complete the repair. I would recommend this company based on customer service and low price. (2K less than the next highest estimate we received) A+ :)

My home required foundation waterproofing on one side due to runoff from neighbors property. William and his team did a fantastic job in waterproofing and correcting a eengeering companies' bad drainage install of just a few years ago. Finally my home is safe from corrosion and deterioration. The team worked in 97 degree weather and was very professional. Thank you

William and the team did a great job replacing our driveway and waterproofing in garage and basement. The work was done quickly and cleanly and William did a great job of explaining what had to done and why. Although the work we needed to get done was more extensive than we anticipated initially there was no attempt made to upsell us on things we did not need. William did an excellent job managing the crew and everyone we dealt with from CGS was helpful, honest and hard-working. Nubia also did a great job on working with us very fairly on additional work we needed. Would not hesitate to use CGS again, or to recommend them.
