They did give a second bid, after another bidder came in $600.00 less they sub cotracted the workout , small job , had 4 days for weather delays. sub contractor need more tools. Job took one day to complete. They did give a ten year warranty on concrete job. I am please with the completed work withthe above exceptions

CGS Waterproofing installed a sump pump and beams in our basement. William and his team were great to work with and always explained everything thoroughly. When I had questions after they left one evening, Joaquin and William were very quick to text and call. Joaquin even called the next weekend, when we had a heavy rain, to make sure everything was still working properly. I hope to never have to use them again. But if we did I would definitely call CGS again. I've already referred some friends. Thanks CGS!

Overall good work, although it hasn't been tested yet with rain. While doing the job they were hired for, they found that I needed support beams for a collapsing wall, which was fine. But while installing beam, they cut a huge hole across the ceiling of one room to install and wanted me to pay extra to repair the whole they cut. ******update they did come and fix the issue but it took a month to fix*******

We had a situation where This Pro was blocked from entering my housing subdivision due to a downed tree that hit a car, They went well out of their way to finish my project even with outside factors preventing them from doing so! They went well above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!

solved basement water problem,communication was awesome,professional, lifetime guarentee in writing, followed up to see if we were having any issues, price was reasonable, arrived and completed project when promised, would recommend them!
