The Account Rep answered all of our questions and gave a great recommendation. We changed the way we wanted to job done, last minute and they accommodated. The workers were very polite and even cleaned up after themselves and told us what is best to do next.

I definitely recommend CGS waterproofing to anyone with water problems in their house. I have been having waterproblems in my basement for last two years. Renato came in explain the problem and gave us options. Best price after getting multiple estimates.

We called CGS Waterproofing before COVID struck and had to keep rescheduling our sump pump/waterproofing project but we finally decided on a date, and they came out on our schedule. The CGS staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Their employees were very friendly and professional and did a great job for us and we can rest easy knowing that our basement is waterproofed. They did a great clean-up after the job was done, and I would say CGS is the best value for this type of job that you could find.

I contacted CGS Waterproofing because I was getting water in my finished basement . CGS sent their Rep. Pierre Kaisin who quickly identified the problem and a solution to eliminate it. Thank you Pierre and Jay! Two weeks later they sent their A team - Jaime Flores, Carlos and their crew. They installed 60+ feet of interior perimeter drain and an estimated 10 feet of exterior drain. The crew was professional, courteous, neat and timely. Gulf Storm Delta hit just days later dropping an estimated 5 inches of rain and my basement stayed dry! I highly recommend CGS for your waterproofing needs! Thank you to all of the hard working men at CGS!
