Jaime and his crew came out on Monday and called at the end of the day to let me know the job was done. Fast, professional, efficient, and great value. The managers were happy to discuss my installation options and weigh the pros and cons as to what would best protect my wallet and give my family a good quality of life. They ultimately steered me into the cheaper of two options, which in my mind showed me that they cared more about a satisfied customer rather than a potentially higher profit. We have had a little rain since the install and so far everything is dry as a bone.

We had a recurring water issue and received all manner of quotes from drainage companies, waterproofing companies etc. CGS quote came in much lower for the same statement of work, so it was easy to quickly pick them. And they recognized the urgency of our need too. Within one week they came out, estimated and performed the work! The guys were quick, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this company for their good value and professionalism. They also guarantee all their work with a lifetime warranty.

We hired CGS waterproofing for an extensive, emergency waterproofing project for our crawlspace /basement that was flooding. We had a disaster on our hands and this company literally came to our rescue. Rafael Maldonado, the sales manager, came out right away, gave a very fair quote and got us on the schedule immediately. Jaime Flores, the project manager, was kind, professional, and communicated with us throughout every step of the project, which put my mind at ease. Jaime and his team worked very hard until the job was complete. We could not be more pleased with our experience of working with CGS and the quality of work that they did. Highly recommend! CGS Waterproofing were very professional and demonstrated great customer service. They made sure I was aware every step in the process and provided home cleaning services complimentary once the job was done. The waterproofing on our home was quite extensive, and CGS made sure everything was done efficiently. I would highly recommend William and his crew for any job to provide waterproofing.
