CGS Waterproofing and Foundations

I had water leaking into my garage when it rained. I had 6 companies come out and give quotes. A few companies were late and one didn't show up at all for a quote. CGS was prompt for the quote. CGS also price matched, which anyone can appreciate. I verified CGS' credentials and hired them for the service. Jaime Flores and his crew came out today and completed the work. It was complete within 5 hours. Area was left neat and clean. So far so good. I will know if the work is as good as it looks once it rains heavily. Will update.

Handled my waterproofing job in a very professional and timely manner. Jamie Flores and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They knew their task and proceeded to get the job done, even cleaning up better than they found it. From my prospective definitely 5 stars.

I was amazed by the turnaround time to get the job completed. My basement was so humid (and occasionally wet) that I couldn't use it before. Now it's dry enough to store documents down there.

We had a major problem with water in our crawl space & where others were overwhelmed by the job, CGS knew exactly what to do and fixed our problem. They did what they said they were going to do and showed up when they said they would and made sure to ask if we had any questions and answered them thoroughly. William and his crew did a beautiful job on our crawl space and made it look 100% better than when they started. AND they had the best price out of all the estimates we got! I wish there were more companies out there today with this level of integrity and professionalism. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I have recommended them to several of our neighbors.

CGS Waterproofing resolved the leak that was occurring through my basement foundation. Lupe, Carlos, and Marvin were great. They were professional, friendly and worked very my hard. The price was reasonable. The customer service was great. Lupe was always available. I would highly recommend this company for inspection and waterproofing.

CGS was the third company I hired to correct the drainage issues around my home. Finally, CGS was able and willing to understand and correct the problem. I prev. hired top name expensive "Environmental" co. who did horrible job. CGS employees work together and earned this 5 star rating

CGS does a great job at a very competitive price. They have done multiple jobs for me, also work my friends and family. They are very accommodating, and will work until the job is done to your satisfaction.

CGS worked with me to come up with an effective and cost-efficient solution for our crawlspace. They came out several times while I was evaluating vendors and came up with a creative solution that the other had not considered. As a result we got the solution that we needed without spending more than was necessary.

CGS did a great job on waterproofing my terrace level. They had to install a wall and did a great job. They provided a clean up crew that left our place clean. I have recommended them to others; and have gotten feedback that they were the best value for their money.
