CFS/Irosbe did an outstanding job restoring my Travertine floors after acid etching damage! My floors went from "cloudy" to shiny as a result of his efforts..He was meticulous in his work and did the job at a competitive price. We will certainly use him again to help us maintain our stone flooring!

OUTSTANDING!!!! This company came out on a Saturday with a team of professional employees that completely went above and beyond what I was expecting. They showed up on time looking very professional with the rite equipment to do the job. Irosbe (The Owner) Truly knows flooring! This guy took a old beat up floor and made it into a BEAUTIFUL POLISHED MASTER PIECE!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I never would have thought that the floors I had could look like this! He and his team POLISHED my travertine floors to look like mirrors. This was the first time I have ever used CFS Carpet and Floor Solutions and with out a doubt I would use and refer this company to ANYONE. PRICING AND QUALITY was OUTSTANDING!! Irosbe (The Owner) explained everything that they would do in there quote and completed everything as promised!! (NO EXTRA COSTS THAT MOST COMPANIES ADD IN) I trusted CFS TEAM IN MY HOME!!

I've had carpeting cleaned hundreds of times over the years and CFS is by far one of the best in the field. This was the first time I hired them and they deserve a 65 star rating to say the least.

They are extremely professional and clean, did several (6 jobs) for me on my rental properties in Club Aliante. Every time they performed miracle on the carpets and tiles due to tenant's abuse. I wouldn't use anyone else even though they are cheaper.
